From a north-facing climat, the 2017 Saint-Véran La Combe DesRoches opens in the glass with aromas of citrus oil, crisp green apple and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with lively acids and a chalky, precise finish.
