  • Tasting notes

Luck? Intention? Evolution Lucky No. 9 White Blend is a lush, off-dry somewhat tropical wine with a crisp finish. This wine launched the alternative white category two decades ago and remains a classic staple in any wine lover’s fridge. With each bottle opened, anticipation heightens until the first drop hits the mouth. It’s oh-so-good and refreshing, capturing today’s savvy, food-hungry wine drinker. Notes of lychee. melon. lemongrass. lime zest and citrus. This lush, off-dry white is tropical, clean, crisp and refreshing. Pair with anything spiced. Thai curry, tandoori chicken, spicy tuna rolls, old friends and new friends.

  • Winemaking notes

The main goal of the Evolution series is to make a wine that appears effortless – easy drinking, relaxing – but in reality is quite complex. Producing a proprietary blend like Evolution is a combination of art and science. Winemaker Alex Sokol Blosser continues the tradition of Evolution Lucky No. 9 – making it easy-to-drink and food-friendly – through careful selection of quality fruit and blending together with the winemaking team.
