    October 2015

Lightly honeyed and mouthwatering, this rich rosé is finely balanced, with white peach, toasted raisin bread, candied ginger and a streak of smoky minerality, all backed by a firm, bone china—like frame of acidity set on the tightly knit bead. Disgorged October 2014. Drink now through 2025.

    Alison Napjus, October 2016

Well-spiced and mouthwatering, with a lively bead and flavors of mandarin orange, whole-grain toast, dried raspberry and fleur de sel. An expressive crowd-pleaser. Try this with salumi. Disgorged September 2015.
