    October 2015

This bottling is 72% 2011, with the balance from four vintages back to 2006. Delicate, fine toasty notes on the nose. Real finesse, in a pure, precise style with bright citrus and white peach fruit. This is such a pure wine with real finesse.

    November 2017

A hands-on business, Gimmonet brothers Didier and Oliver making 100% estate-grown wines. Attention to detail sees 40 stainless steel fermenters sized for the 40 plots owned across the Côte de Blancs. The reserve wines are held in magnums, the result zesty, lively, long and pure aperitif Champagne.

    2016

Aromatic, with apple blossom and ripe fruit notes, this well-cut blanc de blancs shows a chalky underpinning, layered with flavors of glazed nectarine, toasted almond and candied ginger. Long and creamy on the finish. Disgorged October 2015. Drink now through 2020.
