Wine For Waves on Friday, April 28, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, 7:00 PM
For the fourth time, Naramata Bench Wineries Association has partnered with Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program to offer an unforgettable evening. Hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, Wine for Waves welcomes wine and seafood lovers alike. Oenophiles can have their choice of gratifying grapes, with 27 wineries from the Okanagan’s Naramata Bench pouring their red, white, bubbles and rosé. Meet some of B.C.’s top winemakers and learn more about this spectacular region of BC wine country, home to these renowned wines.
A dozen Ocean Wise partners and chefs, from Holt Renfrew’s Holts Café to Forage to Vancouver Aquarium’s own executive chef Ned Bell and Naramata restaurant chefs, will be serving mouthwatering and ocean-friendly seafood to perfectly complement the local B.C. pours.
For those who find a tasting glass isn’t quite enough, a wine store courtesy of Everything Wine will be onsite with wines for purchase. There will also be an impressive silent auction featuring donations from the Naramata Bench Wineries Association of Naramata wines and wine experiences.
Home to British Columbians, Poplar Grove will be participating in the event. Come out and enjoy the exquisite wines paired with delectable seafood for an unforgettable evening.
Tickets for the event are $110 + tax. All proceeds from the event support Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program.
