Pale gold in colour with green tones, offers fresh and elegant notes of tropical fruits, with hints of white flowers and honey. It is fresh and bright, and youthful with fruity with good body and balance. Persistent and mineral finish.
Soils in the Itata vineyard are composed by basalt volcanic blocks. The weather is generally cloudy with and average rainfall of 600 to 800 millimeters per year.
Harvested by hand from selected grapes from Itata Valley and fermented using traditional artisan methods. Fermented in 1500 litre stainless steel tanks, this wine was aged on its fine lees for 12 months.
