The 2017 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru offers an impressive array of aromas on the nose: dried orange peel, oyster shell, gunflint and light Granny Smiths, all very well defined and vigorous. The palate is unapologetically classic in style with a fine bead of acidity, superb salinity with a persistent, classic finish that could only be Chablis. Excellent.See detailed press review
