    Azelia is still something of a Barolo lover's secret. Though the estate is not a high-profile one, proprietor Luigi Scavino is cousin of Enrico Scavino of the renowned Paolo Scavino estate, and shares ownership of the famed Fiasco hill in Castiglione Falletto with him.     A refined, sensual wine for Serralunga, the 2007 Barolo Riserva Voghera Brea, from vineyards in Serralunga, flows across the palate with layers of soft, sensual fruit. This is a bit reserved for the year and less fleshy than most 2007s, but it has good depth and plenty of harmony. The Riserva was aged in cask.
