The N.V. Cava Rose is 100% Pinot Noir. Salmon pink in color, it exhibits a lovely bouquet of cherry blossom, strawberry, and rhubarb. Just off dry (6.6g/L RS) and very tasty on the palate, this refreshing effort will provide pleasure over the next 1-2 years. It is a perfect match for jamon Iberico. Pares Balta is a large winery in Penedes making an assortment of wines mostly of solid quality.See detailed press review
