The youngest vines in this vineyard are around 40 years old, situated on a slope extending off Corton Charlemagne. The wine is mineral, perfumed, dry and well balanced. It ages with flavours of mineral stone and grilled almonds. A delicious accompaniment to seafood, crustaceans, snails à la Bourguignon and persillade frogs legs.
