Jean-Marc Brocard's origins lie in the Côte d'Or, a farmer's son from the village of Chaudenay-le-Château, not even the son of the vigneron. Following his father’s advice Jean-Marc studied Engineering leaving behind agricultural life. Notes of lemons, white peaches, and ripe yellow fruit. The palate is rich, full, and perfectly balanced. Pair with oysters, seafood and other fine foods.
Grown on Kimméridgien soil with South/ South-East exposure which lends a traditional pure mineral flavour to this beautifully concentrated wine.
Malolactic fermentation. Temperature controlled. 100% stainless steel tanks for 6 – 8 months. Natural yeast.
