  • About this winery

Grupo Artevino was founded from the expanding ambitions of the Anton Family. Originally coming from the restaurant world, the family owns the Michelin starred Zaldiaran. July 2017

Very ripe, bright, black fruits and tar aromas pour from the glass. Big and juicy, but the tannins are stronger than the sweet stuff. Long, clean finish and a lot of potential.

    Thomas Matthews,

    February 2017

The just-bottled 2015 Pruno is a young, fruit-driven and straightforward blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from young and older vines in their 63-hectare organically-farmed estate, located around the winery by the river Duero. 2015 was a very warm year and the wine is ripe without excess, juicy and tasty, with a minty and chocolate touch perhaps from the one year it spent in oak barrels.

    August 2017

Rich yet lively, this red delivers ripe flavors of boysenberry and black plum, backed by leafy and orange peel notes and a minerally, smoky finish. Ripe tannins are well-integrated and crisp. Fruity acidity keeps this fresh.
